E-procurement services in conducting cultural corporate events

«KMG Drilling & Services» LLP has announced the E-procurement services in conducting cultural corporate events price proposals request for a fall.

The place services of supply: Astana, Kazakhstan.

Term of services - December 19, 2014.

Detailed technical specification of the services is indicated in the appendix to this announcement.

Terms of payment: 100% advance payment

The amount allocated for the services procurement, excluding VAT is 4 061 000,00 tenge

Price offer shall be submitted prior to the start time of the opening process. Every potential supplier delivers only one offer, which must contain the following information and documents:

1) name, actual address of potential supplier;
2) name, the characteristics of the service provided;
3) place and terms of services provision;
4) copy of state registration certificate;
5) technical specification, signed by potential supplier;
6) copy of the license (if  by the procurement terms is expected an activity, which is subject to compulsory licensing).

Required term for the procurement contract conclusion - no sooner than after 5 (five) calendar days from the date of signature of the resulting Protocol and not more than 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of signature of the of the resulting Protocol.

Price offers of the potential suppliers shall be submitted from November 27, 2014 year in e-procurement information system tender.sk.kz.

Final term of presentation price offers is 10 o'clock 00 minutes of December 8, 2014.

 Price offers for participation in procurement by quotations for reduction will be opened at10 o'clock 00 minutes of December 8, 2014 in e-procurement information system.
